ender 3 pro extrusion issue

my Ender 3 Pro was having an issue with extrusion. Short prints were fine, as were long sparse prints. However, for long continual prints the plastic would stop coming out at some point. After many frustrating days I came across a post that said remove the two screws going from the heat block to the heat sink. These were included for stability in shipping and need to be removed for printing. After removal everything worked as designed and my long prints became successful. however, to change the nozzle I do need to put a screw back in for stability.
